Such changes will take effect upon posting the revised Privacy Policy on our website, and your continued use of the Application and/or Device thereafter signifies your acceptance of those changes.

Creating an Account: To use the App and its associated services, you may need to create an account (“Account”). We may offer various options for account creation. If you create an Account, you will need to provide certain information, such as your name and email address, along with a password for your Account (“Account Information”). You may also choose to provide additional Personal Information during the registration process and while using your Account. We
may send you an email to confirm your registration. Please note that if you choose not to create an Account, you will not be able to access or use the application.
Contact Us Information: If you submit a "Contact Us" request using our online form, you may need to provide certain information, such as your name and email address.
Location Data: We may obtain certain data based on the Wi-Fi connection received by the Products.
Data Collected While Using the Products or Applications: The products collect user data to help identify potential health factors that may deviate from the norm. This data is collected daily based on user movements and habits.
When you use our products and/or services, we may need to collect and use Personal Information to provide you with the basic functions of our products/services. By agreeing to this document, you authorize us to collect and use the necessary information. If you refuse to provide the required information, you may not be able to use our products/services properly. To access additional features of our products and/or services, you may choose to authorize us to collect and use further information. If you decline to provide this information, you may not be able to fully utilize these additional features, although this will not affect your access to the basic functionalities of our products and/or services.
If you are a Product user, we will collect motion data detected by the sensor within the Product (“Motion Data”). We will use this Motion Data to: (i) operate, maintain, and support the App and Software and provide related services; and (ii) transfer your Motion Data to the App user you designate (“Designated App User”) and provide them with information and notifications regarding your Motion Data. This Motion Data will also be used to assess disease risk factors.
We will use any Personal Information we collect in connection with the Application, such as your name, email, and phone number, to provide you with information and notifications regarding the Motion Data of a specific Device user who has selected you as an Emergency Contact.
We will use your Personal Information to: (i) maintain and improve our App and Product and provide related services; (ii) contact you regarding the App and/or Product and any programs or offerings for which you have registered; and (iii) identify and authenticate your access to the App and/or Software.
We may use your designated email address to: (i) send you updates or news regarding the App and/or Product and our products; and/or (ii) respond to a “Contact Us” or administrative request (for example, to change your password).
We may transfer your Personal Information to our local or foreign subsidiaries or affiliated companies for the purpose of storing or processing such information on our behalf. This information may be transferred to other countries. We require these parties to process such information in compliance with our Privacy Policy.
We may share your Personal Information with our third-party service providers and partners, but only to assist us with our business operations and to deliver our products and services to users. This information may also be transferred to other countries. We may also share Anonymous Information (with or without compensation) with third parties, including partners. “Anonymous Information” refers to information that does not enable the identification of an individual user, such as aggregated data about the use of our application and/or Devices.
You may choose not to receive future promotional or other App and/or Product-related emails from us by selecting the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email we send. Please note that even if you opt out of receiving such emails, we may still send you a response to any “Contact Us” requests and administrative emails (for example, related to a password reset) that are necessary for your use of the App and/or Product.
At all times, you have the option to provide or withhold Personal Information. If you choose not to provide mandatory Personal Information, you may be unable to access certain options, programs, offers, and services available in the Application and Device.
We aim to maintain accurate Personal Information. If you would like to delete or correct any Personal Information we may be storing, please submit an access request by contacting us through the App. Your email should include sufficient details regarding your request.
The App and Product may enable you to interact with or contain links to third-party accounts and other third-party websites, mobile applications, and services that are not owned or controlled by us (each a “Third-Party Service”). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such Third-Party Services. We encourage you to review the terms and conditions and privacy policy of each Third-Party Service you choose to use or interact with.

We adhere to generally accepted industry standards, including appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards, to protect the Personal Information you provide. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please contact us through the App. Please note that we are only required to respond to one request per customer each year.

To ensure the stable operation and functionality of our Devices and enable the use of our services and features, our applications will be embedded with an SDK created by an authorized partner. We conduct rigorous security testing of our authorized partner’s application interfaces (APIs) and software development kits (SDKs), utilizing strict data protection measures to process personal information in accordance with this policy and relevant confidentiality and security measures.
We may share personal data with service providers who act on our behalf, our partners, or others at your direction. Additionally, we will not share personal data with third parties for our own marketing purposes.
